We are happy to assist you with your past or future purchases.
Appraisals
We are happy to provide you with a free insurance document on your purchase. Appraisals are performed by our Graduate Gemologists trained by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
Custom Work
We regret that any jewelry, watch, or gift item that is custom made, or altered at the customer's request is not returnable. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client's complete satisfaction.
Jewelry Inspections
We recommend bringing us your jewelry for inspection every 6 months. Our jeweler will inspect the prongs to help prevent any possible damage or loss of your gemstones. This inspection service is free.
Refunds
Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All refunds must be"in new condition" and accompanied by your original receipt or a copy of it. We do not offer returns or refunds on Estate and Clearance items. Refunds are subject to restocking fees if alterations have been performed and/or if the item needs polishing.
Returns & Exchanges
Most returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Special orders and altered items are non-returnable and/or subject to restocking fees.
Layaway
We offer a 90 day layaway plan for any item you desire. We do require an initial 20% deposit of the total purchase and three equal monthly payments. If n satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment before the end of the 90 day period, the item(s) will be returned to stock. Layaway deposits and payments re non-refundable after 30 days of the original layaway date.
Financing
Karen's Jewelers offers financing through G.E. Capital and American General."Same as cash" and other payment plans are available to fit your needs.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are always available in any amount.
